Apne apko shant aur calm kaise rakhe ?


Islam mein har halat mein pur sukoon rehne ke liye Allah Ta'ala aur Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ki taleemat par amal karna chahiye. Yahan kuch ahem tareeqe hain jo aapko har situation mein pur sukoon rehne mein madad karenge:

1. **Tawakkul (Allah par bharosa)**: Har mushkil halat mein Allah par bharosa rakhna chahiye. Yeh yaqeen hona chahiye ke jo kuch bhi ho raha hai, woh Allah ki marzi se ho raha hai, aur woh aapke liye behtar hoga. Quran mein farmaya gaya hai: *“Aur jo Allah par bharosa karta hai, Allah uske liye kaafi hai.”* (Surah At-Talaq, 65:3).

2. **Sabar (sabr)**: Musalman ko har mushkil mein sabr se kaam lena chahiye. Sabr se na sirf aapke jazbaat ko qabo mein rakha ja sakta hai, balki isse Allah Ta'ala bhi raazi hota hai. Allah farmata hai: *“Yaqeenan Allah sabr karne walon ke saath hai.”* (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:153).

3. **Zikr aur Dua**: Zikr Allah ko yaad karne ka tareeqa hai, aur yeh dil ko sukoon deta hai. Har situation mein “Astaghfirullah,” “SubhanAllah,” “Alhamdulillah,” aur “Allahu Akbar” ka zikr karna chahiye. Dua karna bhi sukoon ka sabab banta hai, kyun ke yeh Allah se madad talab karne ka tareeqa hai.

4. **Salah (Namaz)**: Namaz se dil ko sakoon milta hai aur soch mein safai aati hai. Jab bhi dil ghabraaye ya koi mushkil halat ho, toh namaz parhein. Allah farmata hai: *“Aur sabr aur namaz se madad lo.”* (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:45).

5. **Akhlaqi Ahmiyat**: Islam mein ghussa rokne aur maaf kar dene ki bahut ahmiyat hai. Har maamle mein narmi se kaam lena chahiye, kyun ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: *“Mazboot woh nahi jo pahelwan hai, mazboot woh hai jo ghusse ko qabo mein rakhta hai.”* (Bukhari).

6. **Halat ko Samajhna aur Sochna**: Har mushkil ko ek imtihan samjhen aur yeh sochen ke Allah ne aapko is liye azmaya hai, taake aap aur mazboot ho sakein. Mushkil halat mein soch samajh kar faisla lena chahiye.

In tamaam amal se na sirf aap har situation mein pur sukoon rahenge, balki aapke dil mein Allah ki raza ke liye ikhlaas aur yaqeen bhi barhta jayega.
